MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
The Delaware Institute for Reproductive Medicine P.A. offers a Money-Back Guarantee Program for patients without insurance coverage for IVF and donor egg cycles. The average infertility patient may require more than one IVF attempt to achieve pregnancy. Therefore, DIRM offers both 1-cycle and 3-cycle Money-Back Guarantee Program packages that maximize your chance of taking home a baby while minimizing your financial risk. Most of the money will be refunded if you do not maintain a pregnancy through 10 weeks gestation after the completion of one, or if you choose, three IVF treatment cycles, including use of all of the frozen embryos stored from your fresh IVF attempt(s).
The Money-Back Guarantee Program is available to couples meeting certain eligibility criteria. Women must be under 38 years of age to participate in the IVF Money-Back Guarantee Program. Women 38 and over and women with diminished ovarian reserve may participate in the Egg Donor Money-Back Guarantee Program. Other eligibilty criteria apply.
The cost of the Money-Back Guarantee Program depends on the the cycle package you choose as well as whether or not you need an egg donor. Some fees that are not refundable include but are not limited to pre-screening tests, fertility medications, pre-cycle surgeries not related to the IVF cycle itself, gender selection family balancing, and Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD/PGS). Pre-cycle testing fees for egg donors are not included in the Egg Donor Money-Back Guarantee Program.
